What is an illegal question?
Title VII is a federal law that forbids employers from discriminating against any person on the basis of sex, age, race, national origin, or religion.
Some questions at an interview may be asked Illegally, but it could be that the interviewer asked it without knowing that the question was Illegal. If asked, try to answer the questions in a way that doesn’t seem negative to you. The link provides some good advice on answering these types of questions.
