Brentwood Public Library is hosting its first annual spring College Fair for students and parents. Representatives from public and private colleges, universities, trade schools, and career institutes will be available to answer questions about admission requirements,  tuition costs, financial aid opportunities, campus life, and tours for prospective students.

Participating Colleges, Trade Schools and Institutes:     St. Joseph’s College,  ACCES-VR,  Adelphi University, Branford Hall Career Institute, Dowling College, Five Towns College, Gloria Francis School of Makeup Artistry, Gotham Career Institute, Island Drafting & Technical, Nassau Community College, Stony Brook University, Suolk County Community College, SUNY Old Westbury, Touro Law Center, Job Corps/CHP International, Inc., Eastern Long Island Academy of Applied Technology, Hunter Business School

Financial Aid 101  –   4:30-5:30 p.m. :  This free information session is hosted by St. Joseph’s College. Amy Thompson, Director of Financial Aid, will be helping families to understand their financial aid eligibility, how to complete the FAFSA form, and the 2016 changes to Federal Financial Aid.
