eHome Money (Part of the Community Development Corporation of Long Island)
-This Workshop is offered as a class. You may also take the online version as well. There is a 25$ Materials fee. 
 
Prosperity Center (Long Island United Way in Funded by Citibank)
-The project provides bilingual financial education in both one-on-one counseling and workshop series formats to help families get on the road to economic independence. (English)

SEPA Mujer Provides free legal services, counseling, and referrals to Latin women in abusive relationships. Their Programs include Economic development, Skills based training, workplace rights training, and is a member of the Long Island Language Advocates Coalition.
 
SEPA Mujer Provee servicios legales, consejería y referencias a las mujeres latinas en relaciones abusivas. Sus programas incluyen el desarrollo económico, la formación profesional basada en la capacitación sobre los derechos laborales, y es miembra de LILAC.

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is responsible for enforcing federal laws that make it illegal to discriminate against a job applicant or an employee because of the person’s race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age (40 or older), disability or genetic information. The New York State Department of Labor’s MOA outlines the policies, procedures and systems that New York State has designed and put in place in order to provide a reasonable guarantee that NY State and its recipients of Title I WIA funds will comply with the Non-Discrimination and Equal Opportunity requirements of WIA Section 188 and its implementing regulations.
